Shipping and delivery
Delivery is free in Peninsular Malaysia on orders over RM150. The delivery options and any fee for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days, and you get an email with tracking details when your order ships.
Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email with the item you are sending back. Once we receive it, the refund goes back to your original payment method. You can see all your orders in My account.
Warranty
Every product is genuine and covered by the brand’s official Malaysian warranty. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. If something stops working, contact us and we will arrange the warranty claim with the brand.
